Audrey MacIntosh
Owner and Registered Psychotherapist
Audrey MacIntosh is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, providing individual psychotherapy to adults and mature minors (16 years of age or older), in English and French. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, registration #009025.
Audrey holds a master's degree in Education with a concentration in Counselling from the University of Ottawa (2005), where she also completed her Undergraduate Degree with Honors in Psychology (2001). Audrey is also a member with the Canadian Counselling Association #10007202.
Prior to opening her private practice in 2020, Audrey has worked in a variety of community and health organizations such as the University of Ottawa - Counselling Services and the Canadian Mental Health Association in excess of 16 years.
Audrey uses a solution-focused, eclectic approach to therapy. She also incorporates elements from narrative, humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and emotion-focussed approaches into her work.

Chantal Jodoin
Registered Psychotherapist
Chantal Jodoin is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, offering individual therapy in English and French to adults and mature minors aged 16 and older. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Ottawa.
With 18 years of counselling experience in the Ottawa region, Chantal has supported marginalized individuals through organizations including YouthNet, the Elizabeth Fry Society of Ottawa and Centretown Community Health Centre. Her work focuses primarily on mental health and addictions.
Chantal uses a collaborative, person-centred and strength-based approach tailored to each client’s needs. She draws from narrative, humanistic, cognitive-behavioural and emotion-focused therapies. She is also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and Walk and Talk Therapy for clients seeking a more active, non-traditional approach.
